Refund Policy

You may cancel a Course Booking at any time.

After the 14-day cancellation period has expired

If you are acting as a consumer, and you cancel the course booking within 14 calendar days of

receiving your order confirmation without giving any reason, you are entitled to a full refund of the price paid

For Weekly Programmes, Online Courses and Day Schools, full course fees are payable when booking your place on the course.

Cancellations received after the 14-day cancellation period and later than 14 days before the start date of the course will not be eligible for a refund.

If your class is canceled, you will be notified prior to the first class meeting. A full refund will be issued or you have the option to transfer to another class. You will need to come in-person to the Programs Office to process your refund or change classes.

If an individual class session needs to be canceled due to instructor illness, weather, etc. we will make every effort to notify patrons in advance via email. Signs will also posted in the facility. Make-up classes will be held at the end of the quarter during finals week

There are no make-ups or refunds for missed classes due to personal schedule conflicts at any time during the quarter.
